After many studies we decided to use the cubic shape for the building with strengthened corners. So we created a building with 12 luxurious apartments in an extraordinary locality where facing from brick fillets and windows from a combination of wood and aluminum helped create the building’s extraordinary aspect.

We reconstructed a gamekeeper’s lodge at an altitude of 1150 m above sea level in Špindlerův Mlýn, the most popular place in the Giant Mountains. With a sensitive design we managed to maintain the typical character of the local chalets and add a modern style.

The house in the sought-after locality of Dejvice, a quarter of Prague, in the neighborhood of the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University, offers extraordinary living comfort. To make the apartment building harmonize with its environment, we divided the building scale. Two buildings with 60 residential units and one nonresidential unit are connected through the garage floor and they have modern double-story roof superstructures.

We built the apartment building between the square and large gardens, for which we also adapted its ground plan: we created an unusual entrance hall, placed the staircase to the north side and gave a beautiful view of the gardens to the bedrooms of all apartments.

We reconstructed Davidovy boudy from their ruined condition and we transformed them into 16 luxurious mountain suites within reach of popular pistes. During the projecting and building works we respected the aspect of both Giant Mountain chalets and the surrounding nature, maintaining the original character of the building.
